Members Only Bus Tour

TOUR PACKAGE INCLUDES:

• 3 Nights accommodations at the Heritage Hotel Lancaster including hotel taxes and free parking
• 3 Full hot buffet breakfasts at the hotel  (served from 6:30AM to 9:30AM Friday, Saturday and Sunday up to 2 per room)
• Motorcoach Transportation within the local area per the itinerary
• “Cruise” through time with us on a tour of the  Antique Auto Museum at Hershey (Thursday)
• Dinner in Hershey Thursday Evening
• Tour the National Watch & Clock Museum including a behind the scenes tour and lunch (Friday)
• Dinner at Alois in Bube’s Brewery with a tour of the catacombs (Friday)
• Lancaster County Amish Farm Tour including lunch followed by WineTasting at the Mt. Hope Estate Winery Private Tasting Room (Saturday)
• Taxes and gratuities on included items

$517 per person double
$685 per person single

NOTE:  In the interest of providing the lowest possible pricing all tours require a minimum of 30 participants. In the event a trip must be cancelled or rescheduled due to lack of participants, a full refund will be made to the individual participants. 

DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION:
$100 per person deposit Due on/before January 15, 2011
Final payment is due on/before March 1, 2011

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations once under deposit will incur the following penalties
From time of deposit until 1/15/11:  $25 per person penalty
From 1/16/11 – 2/28/11:  $100 per person penalty
Cancellation after 3/1/11:  No refund unless you find a tour replacement
NOTE:  Non-refundable insurance if selected is not included in these amounts.  If you cancel outside any penalty period, the Insurance  purchased would not be refunded, but a credit issued to be utilized toward another trip within 2 years of the policy issue date.
