The happenings at Chapter meetings in the United States and worldwide appear in the bimonthly Mart & Highlights. Members can read Chapter Highlights in the Mart & Highlight's current and past issues.
What's in a Highlight
To avoid misspelled names, reporters should confirm correct spellings before the meeting ends.
Here is a sample format with subheads to use in the report; if there is no content for a subhead, move to the next subhead. Note the information that is required, and update changes as necessary.
Reports are limited to 600 words because of space constraints.

Reporters should summarize the educational content of programs, workshops, and Chapter and community-related horological projects. All watch, clock, or other horological items discussed should be briefly described. Reporters should also mention scheduled future meetings, topics, and speakers, as well as members who recently passed away.
Photographs must be a minimum of 300 dpi or 1,000 kb in size. Submit the photo as an attachment to the email; do not embed the photo into the text. Only one photograph per Chapter is permitted because of space limitations.
All reporters must sign their name to their report; it will appear as a tagline at the end of the submission when it is printed in the Mart & Highlights.
Each report will be edited for length, clarity, spelling, grammar, and style. Treasurer’s reports, pricing, controversy, and discussion of nonhorological items will not be included in the reports.
